HR & Payroll

While your team is still small, we can help you keep costs down by bringing in a licensed labor and social insurance consultant (sharoushi) only when needed.

Attendance and paid leave, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, employment contracts, payroll data, and liaison with your sharoushi — we make sure HR runs without gaps.

About

Run by someone who has built it from the inside.

As a fractional CAO for multiple companies, I have built operating structures across accounting, HR and PR, and assigned the people to run them. I later joined an operating company expanding overseas as an Executive Officer, leading PR, the Executive Secretariat and the build-out of the corporate administration division — supporting the organization from its founding stage through rapid growth to more than 180 locations in Japan and abroad.

I became independent in June 2026. As the founder of BANTO, I now support the back office of overseas companies entering Japan and Japanese companies preparing to expand abroad.

I also serve as a lecturer and mentor at "Hishobu," an online-assistant training community of more than 1,000 members, where I help design training for business-support assistants.

With 15 years of experience living abroad, I work closely and personally with every client.
