Why we're called BANTO.
In traditional Japanese merchant culture, the banto (番頭) was not just a manager — they were the person a business owner trusted completely. The one who knew the books, the relationships, the unspoken rules, and the long-term vision.
That role doesn't exist in modern corporate structures. But for foreign companies entering Japan, it should.
BANTO was built to fill that gap. We don't just advise. We operate alongside you, hold institutional knowledge, and make decisions you'd make yourself if you'd spent 15 years inside Japan's business ecosystem.
